Steps for Registration
  1. Download and Fill the Application Form

    Download the Registration Form & Declaration

    Complete the form accurately and ensure all required fields are filled in.

  2. Required Documents

    Ensure the following documents are ready for submission

    1. 10th & 12th-grade mark sheets and certificates (scanned copies).
    2. Paramedical / Allied Health / Psychology diploma/degree mark sheet and certificate (scanned copies).
    3. Passport-sized photograph in JPG format.
    4. Government issued ID and address proof. (Aadhaar / Passport / Voter ID)
